What You'll Do

As a Brand & Campaign Designer, you will be Frekuent's creative engine for brand and campaign execution. You'll sit within the Marketing team, reporting to the CMO, and work closely with marketing, sales, and product to bring Frekuent's story to life across every channel and market.

Your core mission is to transform strategy into visually compelling campaigns — designing assets that don't just look good, but work hard. You'll think in campaign flows, not isolated assets, ensuring every touchpoint tells a coherent story from first impression to conversion.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the visual execution of marketing campaigns end-to-end — from concept and flow planning to asset delivery across paid ads, landing pages, email, and social media

  • Structure and communicate campaign narratives across multiple touchpoints, ensuring each asset plays its role in the sequence and applies channel best practices

  • Design high-impact creative for B2B audiences — translating complex value propositions into clear, compelling visuals for tech, operations, and revenue decision-makers

  • Build and maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints, contributing to the evolution of Frekuent's design standards and templates

  • Produce sales enablement and event materials — presentations, brochures, roll-ups, and corporate collateral — that reflect brand quality and business context

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure design supports broader campaign and business goals

  • Use performance data and feedback to iterate on creative, improving asset effectiveness over time


Who We're Looking For

Must Have

  • 4+ years of experience in a design role within a marketing, creative, or communications environment

  • A portfolio that demonstrates campaign thinking — showing how you've told one story across multiple formats, channels, and audience segments

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop and Illustrator are non-negotiable

  • Comfortable navigating Figma — able to work with shared files, review layouts, and make basic edits in a collaborative

  • Solid understanding of B2B communication and how design drives engagement and conversion across the funnel

  • Ability to manage multiple briefs and competing deadlines without losing quality or consistency

  • Fluent in Spanish or English, with at least intermediate level in the other (written and spoken)

  • Strong sense of ownership — you take a brief from start to finish and care about the outcome

  • Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback, and iterating fast

Nice to Have

  • Experience using AI tools to support creative ideation, asset generation, or workflow optimization

  • Familiarity with email marketing or landing page platforms

  • Exposure to video editing or motion graphics (CapCut, After Effects, or similar)

  • Experience designing for international or multi-market campaigns


Hiring Process

  2. Technical Interview — a deep-dive with our Marketing team to assess your portfolio, experience and skills

  3. Cultural fit interview — an interview with the People team focused on evaluating your alignment with the company values and culture.

  4. Technical Assessment — a take-home case focused on demonstrating how you design a segmented campaign, followed by a presentation of your findings to our CMO, highlighting how you communicate data-driven insights.
