We’re hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support our SMB sales & account management team.
You’ll work across onboarding, admin processes, CRM, documentation and coordination between clients and internal teams.
This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to learn sales, operations and payments from the inside.
Onboarding & administration
Support customer onboarding and activation workflows
Prepare contracts, documentation and data collection
Coordinate installations and follow-ups
Ensure CRM data is clean, updated and consistent
Operational support
Help AMs with day-to-day account requests
Track incidents and escalate to the right teams
Create tickets, follow resolution and update clients when needed
Support billing adjustments and subscription changes
Process & reporting
Keep dashboards updated
Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements
Standardize playbooks, templates and internal documentation
1–3 years of experience in Sales Ops, Support, Admin or similar
Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM
Proactive, fast learner and hands-on
Strong communication skills
Languages: Spanish and English (mandatory), Portuguese or Italian is a plus
Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.
Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to move projects forward.
Comfortable speaking up and proposing bold, creative ideas that add value.
Experience in SaaS, fintech or payments
Experience supporting sales or account teams
Curiosity about automation and processes
