About the role

We’re hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support our SMB sales & account management team.

You’ll work across onboarding, admin processes, CRM, documentation and coordination between clients and internal teams.

This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to learn sales, operations and payments from the inside.


What you’ll do

Onboarding & administration

  • Support customer onboarding and activation workflows

  • Prepare contracts, documentation and data collection

  • Coordinate installations and follow-ups

  • Ensure CRM data is clean, updated and consistent

Operational support

  • Help AMs with day-to-day account requests

  • Track incidents and escalate to the right teams

  • Create tickets, follow resolution and update clients when needed

  • Support billing adjustments and subscription changes

Process & reporting

  • Keep dashboards updated

  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements

  • Standardize playbooks, templates and internal documentation

Who we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Ops, Support, Admin or similar

  • Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM

  • Proactive, fast learner and hands-on

  • Strong communication skills

  • Languages: Spanish and English (mandatory), Portuguese or Italian is a plus

  • Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.

  • Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to move projects forward.

  • Comfortable speaking up and proposing bold, creative ideas that add value.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech or payments

  • Experience supporting sales or account teams

  • Curiosity about automation and processes
